I finally caught up!!! Definitely won’t make the mistake of getting behind again!!!

I recently received a talk by Fr. Michael Schmitz titled the The Last Four Things from Lighthouse Catholic Media. In this talk Fr. Schmitz explained that sin is when we tell God I know what you want, but I don’t care. I want what I want. Thereby choosing our will over God’s Will, instead of Thy Will be.

We all should pray for the soul of Brittany Maynard – but that will probably not be enough to save her soul. Her whole story is rather heartbreaking – It is sad to me to think of one ending their life and losing the chance of a miraculous healing at the touch of God’s hands.

While researching a talk I was to give I same across this reflection on suffering:

hope you don’t mind me linking

Mike – glad to have you as a listener! No worries on linking to Called to Communion, I’ve enjoyed many of the articles by Dr. Anders and others at the site myself! Thanks for the input – God bless.
